Our Story
In July 2019 founded Mashariki Entertainment as a Talent Management company to Artists and enrolled 7 artists.
May 2020: Covid strikes Kenya and the music entertainment industry is shut by government restrictions on movement and public gathering to help curb the pandemic.
June 2020: We signed Auntie Jemimah as our First Influencer offering artist and Brand Management services to her. We also land our first corporate client Skyward Express
August 2020: Auntie Jemimah hits 100K subscribers and gets awarded a YouTube Silver Button. Influencer marketing queries from brands quadruple and we decide to shift our focus to Influencer Marketing as our niche.
October 2020: We sign Frankie Just Gymitand Corazon Kwamboka to a brand management deal.
We land our 13th client with Auntie Jemimah.
November 2020: Auntie Jemimah hits 100K subscribers and gets awarded a YouTube Silver Bumarketingtton. Influencer queries from brands quadruple and we decide to shift our focus to Influencer Marketing as our niche.
December 2020: We officially register Influencer marketing Africa as a Business and commence on setting up the website. We also add 4 more influencers with plans to add 6 more by end of year.
